The Science of Learning offers a compelling body of research from cognitive science on how people learn. COGx distills and translates this research into practical classroom applications that improve teaching and learning in every school, for every student. While many schools aspire to cultivate higher-order thinking skills, such as critical thinking and creativity, few take a holistic approach to developing the foundational skills necessary for students to become independent and effective lifelong learners.
